Carrying Legacy Businesses Forward. Long Term Vision, Built to Last.
At Dockbridge Partners, we focus on providing succession plans to retiring or transitioning owners of warehousing, fulfillment, 3PL, transportation, and distribution businesses. Upon acquisition, our goal to provide continuity to the firm's existing employees, clients, and local community stakeholders.

Founder's Story
Drawing from my Vietnamese immigrant roots, I deeply respect the grit and perseverance required to build a successful business. To that end, I am motivated to pursue the American Dream by being personally committed to honoring your hard work to ensure the company and its team continue to thrive. As an acquisitions professional with over $2.0B in successfully closed transactions, I will work collaboratively to get a deal done that works for both of our goals.

Why Dockbridge Partners?
Dockbridge Partners is not a large investment fund or corporate buyer looking to flip a business or absorb it into a bigger machine. I’m an individual buyer focused on acquiring and personally operating a stable company. My approach is hands-on, thoughtful, and relationship-driven. I’ll take the time to learn what you’ve built, listen to your goals, and ensure your team, customers, and legacy are respected.

Founding Team
Tim Nguyen is the Founder & Managing Principal of Dockbridge Partners. With a 20-year professional background in operational strategy and transaction execution, he brings a disciplined approach to building businesses that prioritize people, reliability, and efficiency. For example, he has contributed to revitalizing neighborhoods undergoing gentrification such as the Arts District in Los Angeles, building a local team to operate the 32-acre creative office and retail complex known as ROW DTLA, by converting it from its original warehouse use. The asset was purchased as part of the $357 million take-private acquisition of the former publicly-traded company, EVOQ Properties. In his free time, Tim enjoys going on adventures, such as scuba diving in the Galapagos or hiking Machu Picchu. Tim resides in Los Angeles, CA and is an alum of UC Berkeley and Columbia University.
Nishant Raut is Strategic Advisor for Dockbridge Partners, who has led large-scale warehouse and distribution operations for national and international organizations, managing multi-site facilities exceeding 300,000 sq. ft. and supervising cross-functional teams of 200+ associates. Nishant is an Ex- Ernst & Young senior supply chain and logistics professional with over two decades of experience leading warehouse operations, fulfillment centers, and supply chain digital transformation initiatives across e-commerce, retail, and industrial sectors. His background spans end-to-end supply chain management — from inbound logistics and inventory control to last-mile fulfillment, automation, and network optimization. His past clients list includes Unilever, P&G, PepsiCo, MARS, Johnson & Johnson to name a few.
